How to Request a Refund

• Include your invoice as a proof of purchase.

Your request will be reviewed. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days. It may take extra time for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card company.
